I dont know how to work the tan, cos or sin on my calculator.. can someone please explain to me how it works?!

i have a TI-85. the problem is Find the missing value to the nearest hundredth. cos ___ = 9/20 A.)26.74° B.)80.63° C.)63.26° D.)24.23

type 2nd key, cos key, then type in "9/20)" without quotes and hit enter make sure you're in degree mode

when you hit the 2nd key, then the cosine key, you are using the inverse cosine or arccosine function to find the missing angle
