Factor the following polynomial completely.
-0.7x2 - 2.8x + 3.5

each term has a common factor of \(7\) so the first step would be to write
\[7(x^2+4x-5)\] which you can then factor more easily as
\[7(x+5)(x-1)\]

\[-.7(x+5)(x-1)\]
