Which was a bigger disadvantage for the Central Powers; being surrounded by the enemy, or having 650,000 fewer troops? Explain your answer.

I would say that having 650,000 fewer troops. see the central powers are always going to be surrounded but if you have more troops then them than you at least have a better chance at winning. if you out number the enemy then you can split up the troops send them in every direction and still win.
