I need help again on alg

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\left( x \sqrt{y+z} \right)\left( x \sqrt{y-z} \right)\]

OpenStudy (phi):

this is multiplication, with 4 items. you can change their order x * x * sqrt(y+z) * sqrt(y-z)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so x^(2)

OpenStudy (phi):

you can also write it as \[ x^2 \sqrt{(y+z)(y-z) } \] or multiply out the stuff in side the square root using FOIL It is not any simpler, just different: \[ x^2 \sqrt{y^2 -z^2 } \]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so would it b x^(2)y-z^(2)
