if you think about it this question is quite simple low self-esteem your more likely to have a bad lifestyle such as un-healthy diet or laziness. A person with a more high self-esteem is more likely to have a healthier lifestyle ex. healthy eating, positive outlook on life, happy. Theres a whole lot more you can add on but I'll leave that up to you

Yes, mental thoughts and feelings affect your body's hormones and health.

It affects the mental state, which then would affect the body system. This would affect the health of the person who has self-esteem issues.
