I'm really lost on how to do this. But apparently I'm supposed to use the pythagorean theorem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the area of a rhombus is 1/2

im betting $ 50 on Opcode :)

OpenStudy (mertsj):

The area of a rhombus is 1/2 the product of the diagonals.

OpenStudy (mertsj):

One diagonal is 12. The other one is 15. Multiply those two numbers and divide the answer by 2. Or you could divide 12 by 2 and multiply that answer by 15. In either case you will get 90 and that is the area of the rhombus shown in the picture.
