You have 2 similar triangles that you can use to get "h". Both triangle have the impact point of the ball on the floor. The first triangle ends at the net and the other ends where the ball is hit with the racket. So, \[\frac{ 2 }{ 5 } = \frac{ h }{ 5 + 10 }\] And now just solve for "h".
