convert to 63rds, as 9 goes into 63 seven times multiply - 8 by 7. As 7 goes into 63 nine times mutiply -2 by 9. = ((-8x7) - (2x9)) /63 = (-56 - 18) /63 = - 74/63 = -1 11/63
