OpenStudy (comm.dan):

I know that there are 5 steps to use when solving these type of problems. 1. Write the quadratic equation in the form ax squared plus bx plus c 2. Find (b divided by 2) squared 3. Factor and simplify 4. Square root both sides 5. Solve for x

OpenStudy (comm.dan):

Thank you I will try that @jamessmith94

OpenStudy (comm.dan):

The first thing that I did was divide all of the terms by -9 @e.cociuba

OpenStudy (comm.dan):

How would you solve this? @e.cociuba

OpenStudy (e.cociuba):

it's (x-3)(x-3)

OpenStudy (comm.dan):

Thank you @e.cociuba
