I need help for a google drive spreadsheet function.

In A1, I will have 0, 10 or 20. That will be the value that any user will put.
Then B1 will depend. If A1=0, B1 needs to be 19. If A1=10, B1 needs to be 20. And if A1=20, B1 needs to be 22.
How can I make B1 to change depending of the input in A1?
