Determine whether the graph of y=3x^2-5 is symmetric with respect to the origin, the x axis, or the y-axis. A. not symmetric with respect to the x-axis, not symmetric with respect to the y-axis and not symmetric with respect to the origin. B. Symmetric with respect to the x-axis only. C. Symmetric with respect to the y-axis only. D. Symmetric with respect to the origin only.

the parabola is concave up... so the line of symmetry will be in the from x = c well to find the line of symmetry in \[y = ax^2 + bx + c\] the line of symmetry is \[x = \frac{-b}{2a}\] in your question a = 3 and b = 0 hope this helps..
