There's a few ways of looking at this: You can solve for x by comparing the ratios between the 2 cylinders: H\H' = r\r' 15\5 = 6\x x = 6\(15\5) Or, as Kanwar did it, you can solve for x by taking the H\r ratio of one cylinder and projecting it onto the other. H\r = H'\r' 15\6 = 5\x x = 5\(15\6)
