No, it is either (-7,0), (0,7), (0,-7), (7,0)

General formula: x²=4py, then focus is (0,p). So do a little reworking of the formula to get your focus!

So... \( x^2=-28y=4 \cdot -7y\). Methinks focus is (-7,0).
