1, 8, 9 are your favorable outcomes. The total outcomes are 10.
The probability is simply number of favorable outcomes over total number of outcomes.
so the odds of any 1 number is 1/10 theres only 1 number less than 2.....and there's only 3 numbers greater than 7 so you have 1/10 and 3/10 the chances of have either are 4/10 I believe
