Find the least common multiple. x^2-8x, x^2+8x

OpenStudy (mertsj):

Can you factor those two polynomials?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all the question stated was finding the least common multiple, so I am unsure.

OpenStudy (mertsj):

The first one has a common factor of x. Pull it out.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So would that leave x being the LCM, because 8 is greater then x?
