OpenStudy (happykiddo):

How would i factor 10x^2+89x-9

OpenStudy (anonymous):

10x^2 + 89x - 90 10x^2 + 90x - x -9 10x (x + 9) -1 ( x +9) (10x - 1) ( x+9)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the first line is supposed to be the original equation i put 90 instead of 9 by accident sorry

OpenStudy (happykiddo):

thank you this helped :D

OpenStudy (happykiddo):

May i refer to you if i have more questions please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure i'll answer them if i can :)

OpenStudy (happykiddo):

okey dokey thanks

OpenStudy (happykiddo):

this was factored wrong i found this question on a worksheet from a college website and the real answer is ((x+9) (10x-1)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is the same thing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the same exact thing only difference is x + 9 is in front which really does not make a difference if you expand both you get the same answer

OpenStudy (happykiddo):

wow, i really wasn't being observant, sorry for the trouble. Thank you once again :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yea no problem it happens
