HELP BIOLOGY Describe what happens to body systems over time from infancy to adulthood to older adulthood.
well during infancy the body is very active as you are doing most of your growth until you start maturing as you get older your body isn't developing because it has already reached maturation so all the processes slow down.
there are variou s things that happen in the body from infancy to adulthood, like the number of teeth, the organs that are complete , the the closed sactures in the skull, there are 8 sactures in the skull that close at certian ages only one closes after the age of 50
Infancy to adulthood: Each body system develops by becoming stronger. In addition, each body system changes so that it is prepared for the stages of adulthood. For example, your bone system grows and at a certain age it ossifies. Another example is the immune system, which builds up its B and T cells so that diseases and illness can be eliminated faster at later stages of adulthood. While the changes are overwhelming to discuss, that would be up to you to do research in each body system area. These may include the circulatory system, digestive system, and others. Adulthood to older adulthood: As people get older, their body systems undergo deterioration. So, the changes would be the process to collapse and death. These changes may include muscular retardation, and even mental and physical deficiency. Bone loss may also occur. While there is much to discuss about each body system, additional research may be needed to fully understand the changes of various body systems of this process. You can review some of the aforementioned systems.
