Did you see Paul's note: Notice : I've received notice that on Sunday March 10 from 8:00 AM CST until 5:00 PM CST the network folks here at Lamar University will be performing maintenance on the network equipment that my server is on. And I'm probably one of the few people who do.
(See over the summer, I wanted to study Linear Algebra without internet access so I actually downloaded the PDF.)

I don't know why Paul removed it from his site. :\
