Please help me with the following conceptual problem (click to see).

OpenStudy (babyslapmafro):

A car drives up a hill with constant speed.

OpenStudy (babyslapmafro):

Which statement best describes the total work done on the car by all forces as it moves up the hill with a constant speed?

OpenStudy (babyslapmafro):

Positive Zero Negative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it should be positive..??

OpenStudy (babyslapmafro):

I believe it is zero because there is no acceleration which means there is no net force. If there isn't a net force then no work is being done.

yh i think you are right!!
