Jonny, the question is quite clear, I'm not too sure what exactly your issue is with attitudes towards other users, but I suggest you stop. Also maybe instead of attacking the users you could ask him to explain, or maybe google what the waterfall method is...?

Basically it's a system where things are done in order. Once the "first part" is done you goto the "next part."
