Need help finding the range! I'll do the work, I'm just confused on what to do. What is the range in height from the tallest fountain to the shortest fountain? Round to the nearest foot. These are my coordinates: Motor A Vertex coordinates: (5.9375, 564.0625) Motor B Vertex coordinates: (6.5625, 689.0625) Motor C Vertex coordinates: (7.1875, 826.5625) Do I use the x coordinates or the y coordinates? Also, do you know if I'm supposed to add up and divide by all three, or do I just add the first and last and divide by the two?

The range is the highest and the lowest number subtracted. I think youre thinking of the Mean.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The "range" is just the difference between the largest and smallest values.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So I should just subtract 826.5625 and 564.0625?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I believe so.

Okay, thank you.
