I am going to take a wild stab at this and say yes it would be 4. The angles in the center are 90 degree angles then you are just finding the radius of each side. The radius is half the diameter. The diameter on the left is 4 so the radius is 2. The diameter on the right is 8 so half of that would be 4. The answer for x is 4. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong. That is the only way to learn.
