well we have \[x-4 \ge 5x\] right? so add 4 to both sides so we have x is greater than or equal to 5x + 4 now subtract 5x from both sides we have -4x is greater than or equal to 4 x less than or equal to -1 so it has a closed circle at -1 and shaded to the left where the lesser values are
