Magna Carta that establishes your rights within your family... What would my 'rights' be considered as? Would curfew and chores count?

No they would count. Magna Carta basically limit the kings power over the people. Sadly, your parents aren't the rulers. And even if they were, they're your parents. By law they have custody over you and your actions. If you want to do something get an emancipation.
