4n+4*3=2n+8
4n+12=2n+8
subtract 2n both the sides
4n-2n+12=2n-2n+8
2n+12=8
subtract 8 both the sides
2n+12-8=8-8
2n+12=0
2n=-12
divide by 2
n=-6 ;)

2n+12 - 12= 8-12
2n = -4
n = -2
