how do I use implicit differentiation to find dy/dx for 2xy-y^2=1

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

2xy - This will require a Product Rule and the implicit derivative. y^2 - This will require the Chain Rule and the implicit derivative.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 2x(d/dx)(y)+y(d/dx)(2x) do you do this first and then do the chain rule??
