@Dean.Shyy ....Bro...I can help u know the concepts using some daily activities like......A Concrete Concept is an observation - "Boiling water is 100 degrees Celsius." 

While, An abstract concept is a relation or reason why it happens. It's the abstraction behind the concept - "Water fully evaporates into a gas when heated sufficiently."
