ok... thia requires a congruency proof in simple terms in triangles OBP and OAP tangents from an external point are equal PB = PA OA is a common side bO = AO equal radii... therefore congruent then angle angle AOP = BOP..... corresponding angles in congruent triangles... so BOD is supplementary to BOP BOD = 180 - 64 hope this helps
