hey i really need help with this project that i have to do about polarization :( there are four questions that i have to answer : 1.) who found out about polarization ? 2.) what is this phenomena ? 3.) how was it discovered ? 4.) how we benefit from it ?

Ambassador Now to your question : 1) google it I dont remember the name 2)well you see our ordinary light consists of vibration in all directions.But when we pass it through certain objects or a process ,it gets filtered to only one direction .such objects used are called polarisers and process is called polarisation. 3) well I suggest you google that 4) we can use polarisation to cut glare .
personally, i think it's optics cuz the last 2 questions seem to suit this kind of polarization.
