@jay847 ,IN that case U will use quadratic formula ,Which is = -b +/- (b^2 - 4 a c)^1/2 / 2a , where a=1 ,b=10, c=20 plug these numbers in the formula and then u will get the answer :P @Luis_Rivera ,i didn't think he got what u said (young) ,Beside i thin the aim from this question is quadratic formula.
