i am hazarding a guess , and i think its D . Bcoz this ( according to me ) is something related to a weak nuclear force or strong nuclear force . idk exactly so i could be wrong also

correction . the answer is D 100% sure . the force which holds the two atoms is electromagnetic force not strong nuclear force . sorry for the earlier reply :)
