I would like to take the time to explain, WELCOMING new users onto OpenStudy. Instead of tagging ambassadors, mods, whoever, why not just welcome them yourselves? Anyone can welcome new users! The people with an "A" next to their name, are our official ambys but the symbol is there to make it obvious that the new users can talk to them or catch their attention first! Literally anyone can be an ambassador! The name is just a state of mind! So..what are you waiting for? GET OUT THERE AND WELCOME NEW PEOPLE TO THE SITE!! :)

Hmph..guess I wasn't too clear..when you are welcoming someone new..I guess it would be better that if you see them for the first time through a question, you may pm them.
If you see em in the chat, woohoo, get onto it and welcome.
Just a difference in the posts and chats.

This seems like a job for a mod but yes i agree that everyone here should welcome new users to the site. That way they would feel welcomed and not regret coming here and actually maybe keep coming back. This is a great site and the people here are also great, so it would be nice if everyone could just welcome the new people here :) i totally agree :)
