If 15 persons are required to finish painting in 5 hours, how it take 3 persons to finish the same job? w/ solution pls. tnx.. :D

So, first, you want to figure out your work rate. To get that, you do something like this:
1 job = 5 people x 5 hours. So, one job = 25 man-hours.

So if you have three people, you would take your job:
- 25 man-hours, remember
and divide it by the number of people
- 3 people
to get
- 25/3 hours, or 8 hours 20 minutes.
