Help me with part c? I already did A and B. Question: The area of rectangle A can be expressed by the polynomial 8x^2 + 2x - 3. The area of rectangle B can be expressed by the polynomial 32x^2 + 8x - 12. Part A: Factor the expression for the area of rectangle A. Part B: Factor the expression for the area of rectangle B. Part C: Every dimension of rectangle A was multiplied by a scale factor to get rectangle B. What was the scale factor? Explain how you know. Part A: (2x - 1) (4x + 3) Part B: (8x - 4) (4x + 3) Part C: ?

For rectA, you have (2x - 1)(4x + 3). For rectB, you have (8x - 4)(4x + 3). Both areas have a common factor of (at least) (4x + 3). You can still factor the expression for rectB.
