The answer's yes.
We have dead cells on the surface of our bodies, all the time.
And they're always falling off of us.
If you brush your face,
some dead skin cells would surely fall off.

If you touch anywhere on ur body you can and will lose dead skin cells :) Even your clothes are removing dead skin cells right now! (which is kinda gross if you think about it) ;)
