Intervals include the left endpoint but not the right. You can assume that the times are uniformly distributed within each interval. The table is used to draw a histogram of the distribution.

you will need to find the class centre before drawing the histogram..

to do this add the limits for the 1st class (0 + 4)/2 = 2

so for the 0-4 class you need a centre or 2

next class (4 + 8)/2 = 6

repeat the process of finding the class centre for each class...

next drawing the histogram

it depends where you are from... the rule I use is leave 1/2 a column gap between the 1st column and the vertical axis.
