hartnn (hartnn):

Distance between points (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is \(\huge d=\sqrt{(x_1-x_2)^2+(y_1-y_2)^2}\) does this help ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thx and no hart

@johnweldon1993

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

to add on to what @hartnn said...using that formula you have 2 points... (20, 38) and (35, 38) let me label them for you (20, 38) and (35, 38) x1 , y1 x2,y2 now can you use that formula?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@sam612

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

@sam612 ...no, by the way...use the formula to get the answer

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

ahh there we go...nvm @sam612

OpenStudy (anonymous):

c

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

but still try again

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

and yes @xoxoxoxoxo12 it is c :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

applause!!!

hartnn (hartnn):

that was a guess, i think ? if you really used the formula, can you show your work ?
