Ivan wants to exercise for more than 30 minutes today. He plans to both run and swim. Each lap he runs takes him 1.9 minutes, and each lap he swims takes him 1.3 minutes. Letting (r) be the number of laps he runs and (s) be the number of laps he swims, write an inequality showing that Ivan achieves his goal of more than 30 minutes of exercise...

OpenStudy (johnweldon1993):

so 1.9 minutes for every lap....1.3 minutes each lap he swims so 1.9r + 1.3s > 30 it asks for more than...so I dont think he wants exactly 30 minutes
