Cloning has been quite successful with select animals. How ethical and moral would human cloning be if it was successful these days?

I think it'd be awesome if we could clone human parts. Like hearts, lungs, livers, etc.
It would put a bullet right between the eyes of some of our most prominent diseases, like cancer.
