Some would say that apples and oranges do not go hand in hand, even though they are both fruits! So, do you honestly think history and government go hand in hand, despite some governments who truly favor modernization?

In my opinion, our country or should i say our world become different from the past so why we stil hold ideals from the past while ignore these days ideals. You know what i mean. I truly believe in government who favor modernization, history is a good way to learn from mistakes and so on but laws in government should be change because we live now in a modern world. Let just say the constitution. Should we hold on to it and not make any changes? No you can make changes, it's not like it's some kind of a holy book. It's a government book contains laws, and each year people come up with different strange cases. So, i believe that history goes in a different hand and the government goes in another hand.
