maybe removing is not a good way.
for deactivating OH groups ( I mean protecting) use DHP.
for amine group use 9-Fluorenylmethyl Carbamate.
now dopamine is not the original dopamine! it cant have hydrogen bonding.

I think that dopamine has not an internal hydrogen bonding. if we use an aprotic solvent, without changing the nature of dopamine, we have eliminated the Hydrogen Bonding.
