If f(x) = 2x 2 - 3x + 1, find f(3) - f(2). a) 0 b) 7 c) 17
is that question supposed to be f(x)=2x^2-3x+1 because if so that answer is 7
@ImonlyLeeLee, you can get this, why didn't you just replace your value of x with 3 and then replace your value of x with 2, and then subtract the results?
i did but my answers were like very off i dont understand pre cal and i just idk i think im not going to graduate because of this class
Don't think that way. My students are always thinking that, but I tell them they have to keep practicing, and the more you practice, the more familiar it will become. Supposed I had changed the problem to finding f(5)-f(2) could you have done it now that I explained to you what you should do?
I'll be around if you get stuck.
