Don't you just solve for x, and show it on number line?
It's to help me solve the equation. The question was: Solve each equation; Use each of the following once: an algebraic method, concrete materials and a diagram. Would I be able to model it on a different type of diagram?
I don't quite understand; perhaps I never learnt that method or forgot it
