some other possible causes of headaches are muscle tension, fever, infections, viruses, dental conditions, stress, and head injuries. migraines are caused by reduced blood flow to the surface layer of the brain. the brain itself can't feel pain, but medical experts think the pain has to do with the surrounding tissues, blood vessels, nerves and even brain chemicals.
