find the slope of the equation of the line given to you and it would be the same as that of the parallel line..

you know the equation of a straight line,  y=mx+c
where m is the slope and c is the y-intercept.....
substitute the value of your slope and the x- and y- coordinate given into y=mx+c to find your y intercept..
