if you do it slowly or if you try to add some pauses it may help ill try doing it hold on

I really like this. The only thing is it's a little short and the chords don't change much. I made some additions I don't know if they fit in your song at all. for less choppiness i agree, slowing it down can help, also adding pedal can help A LOT.
