The crest of a wave is the highest point. It's the part that turns white, or "breaks" as the wave gets closer to the beach.

You're very welcome! However, although it isn't much of a problem (please don't think I'm yelling at you or anything), the math section isn't the best place for this kind of problem. It's really more of a science question. You're much more likely to get the answer you want there in the future.
