metric conversions are always something i have to look up: https://www.google.com/search?q=liter+to+ounces&aq=f&oq=liter+to+ounces&aqs=chrome.0.57j0j5j0j62.5474&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 google says 1 liter equals 33.814 ounces therefore 2 liters would be equal to .... 67.628 ounces if 8, times 8 = 67.628 then it would be exact; otherwise they are estimating the amount

1 serving = 8 ounces
8 servings in a bottle = (8 x 8) = 64 ounces

1 liter = 33.8 ounces, so 2 liters = (33.8 x 2) = 67.6 ounces

they are not exact
