Factor 2a5b + 2a4b2 + 2a3b3 means \(2a^5b + 2a^4b^2 + 2a^3b^3\), I think... Factoring is all about looking for common factors. HEre, you've got three terms: \(2a^5b\) \(2a^4b^2\) \(2a^3b^3\) What is common in these terms? I see a 2, I see \(a^3\), and then there is another one. Put all of the common factors outside brackets, and what is left inside: \(2a^3...\cdot(...+...+...)\) Well, with these multiple choice questions, you don't even have to do it!
