OpenStudy (anonymous):

u know product rule?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Whoa You need some parentheses here

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes i know the product rule

OpenStudy (anonymous):

where do the parenthesis go

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Idk wherever you need to show that there is a break in the fractions for example your question might be (x^4/4lnx)-(x^4)/16 or x^4/(4lnx-x^4/16) etc. it's hard to tell where one fraction ends and another begins you know?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok i understand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[(x^4/4)\ln x-(x^4/16)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

o much better
